To make sure that the organization satisfies the requirements of the external environment in light of the current changes, innovations must be introduced on time. With the exception of the section that deals with the critical personnel decisions, the personnel policy is being finalized while it is being implemented in response to the new requirements of the continuously changing external environment.

  • Social protection of employees of the group of companies.

    The NCR Petroleum LLP of Companies places a high value on the development of social benefits because they strive to foster a positive work environment where teams can effectively carry out their primary duties. In terms of offering social support to its employees, NCR Petroleum LLP establishes a cohesive corporate policy and places a high priority on social benefits, of which financial help makes up a sizeable portion.

    A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, pay, and financial support for things like employee treatment and rehabilitation during labor leave, is provided by NCR Petroleum LLP to its staff. The primary forms of financial support provided to employees of the NCR Petroleum LLP group of firms were as follows, in accordance with collective agreements and the Rules for Providing Social Support in 2023:

  • financial assistance for vacation for recovery – 4,143,184 thousand tenge;
  • at the birth of a child – 156,796 thousand tenge;
  • in connection with the death of family members of the employee – 110,936 thousand tenge;
  • one–time payment in connection with the death of an employee – 3,355 thousand tenge;
  • social benefits for pregnancy and childbirth, adopted and adopted newborns – 21 789 thousand tenge;
  • other payments (upon marriage, retirement, anniversaries, etc.) – 71,372 thousand tenge.

    Every year, the budgets of the NCR Petroleum LLP of companies set aside money for optional medical insurance, which covers a wide range of medical services in the top clinics in Kazakhstan, in order to guarantee the standard of working conditions, the lives of employees, and the families of those employees.
